Pizza baked in a wood-fired oven

Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • Half a kilo of special bread flour
  • 40 grams of fresh yeast
  • 1 glass of water (better hot)
  • 1 small glass of olive oil
  • A dessert spoonful of salt
  • One dessert spoonful of sugar

For the pizza:

  • Fried tomato
  • Black olives
  • Tuna
  • Onion
  • Grated cheese
  • Oregano
Preparation of the recipe:

Mass:

We mix the flour with the rest of the ingredients and knead it until we get a dough that doesn't stick to our hands. Let it rest covered with a cloth for 1 hour in a place that is not cold.

When the hour has passed, cut into 4 pieces and work them with a roller until they are very fine.

Take one of the doughs that we have already flattened and add fried tomato, oregano and grated cheese, to taste. Then add a couple of cans of tuna, the black olives, the onion cut into thin strips, a little more grated cheese and a little more oregano.

Put in the wood-fired oven for 8 or 10 minutes and have a good appetite.

Pizza:
