Cooked in a wood-fired oven

  • 3 handfuls of chickpeas (previously softened from the previous night in salt water)
  • 1 piece of bacon
  • 1 piece of morcillo meat
  • 1 small fresh sausage
  • 1 chicken leg
  • 1 ham bone
  • 1 sow's bone
  • 1 pair of potatoes
  • 2 carrots
Preparation of the recipe:

Add all the ingredients to the clay pot and put it in the wood-fired oven for 4 or 5 hours, degreasing and adding water from time to time.
After that time we remove everything but the chickpeas, which we will leave another couple of hours in the oven.

Then we simply have to strain the broth and cook it separately with some noodles and serve it if you want it accompanied by vegetables (cabbage or sprouts).
