All the materials used in its production as in all our furnaces are of the highest quality and each of its components are handmade, such as the handmade refractory clay brick from Pereruela, oven, tiles...and using other materials such as cements, clay, mortars, thermal blankets...of unbeatable quality.

CHARACTERISTICS.
The oven of enveloping heat has a square oven made with double walls and with a traditional finish (cement/mud/straw or monolayer) which gives it a rustic aesthetic and quality.

The doors of the oven and the burner can be personalised and the different models of ovens will depend on them, which we specify at the bottom of this information. The main recommendation of Alfareria Rosa, is that in this type of oven of maximum quality they put doors of cast iron, because the quality of the same ones is incomparable opposite to plates or forges that are materials more flimsy in front of the fire.

OVEN MODELS ACCORDING TO THE DOORS TO CHOOSE FROM.
The different models make the aesthetics of the oven change depending on the door chosen, all of them with the burner made of exposed brick in a round shape and the traditional oven finish.

MODEL 1: Oven with upper cast iron door with glass in the oven and rectangular cast iron door on the burner.
MODEL 2: Oven with upper cast iron door with glass in the oven and upper cast iron door without glass in the burner.
MODEL 3: Oven with upper cast iron door with glass in the oven and upper cast iron door with glass in the burner.

CAPACITIES OF THE OVENS WITH WRAP-AROUND HEAT BURNERS
Outer size of clay oven 80cm, usable space 70-72cm. Capacity for 1 suckling lamb or 8 adult diners.
Outer size of clay oven 85cm, usable space 75-77cm. Capacity for 1.5 suckling lamb or 10 adult diners.
External size of clay oven 90cm, usable space 80-82cm. Capacity for 2 suckling pigs or 12-14 adult diners.

MEASUREMENTS OF THE CONCRETE BASE
The concrete base is made with mesh, concrete and fibre on vibrating tables and has 4 anchors for easy installation. The base for the measure of 80-85 and 90cm is 120x120cm.
