OUR RECOMMENDATION!! Piece designed in 2006 by Rosa Pottery Workshop and made with refractory clay from Pereruela. The idea was to make roasted chicken with the characteristic flavor of refractory clay that makes it unique in the world and so we based on the cooking of the chicken using a bottle of beer, in which the chicken was pierced and baked. In this way, we came up with the shape of our novel rustepollo. The Rustepollo or chicken roaster can be used in any electric or wood-fired oven, refractory clay ovens of Pereruela or in gas ovens, making the chicken roasted outside and cooked inside with that taste of clay. The rustepollo is composed of the skewer in which we will carve the chicken or turkey and the dish in which we can place any garnish that we like and we will collect the fat that the chicken releases.
Its elaboration as we mentioned is 100% refractory with lead-free enamel
